My images and content on this website and elsewhere on the Internet do NOT belong to the Public Domain and are NOT​ to be used freely as and when you feel the need. Permission MUST be granted and verified at ALL times.

I have a contactable form on the Contacts Page of this website. On the profile page in my navigation menu at the top, you will find sub-pages of my "Social Networks" and my "About Me" pages, so there is NO reason that you cannot find a way to contact me to request my permission for use of my work. I also have various Social Network Icons on each and every webpage, to be able to contact me this way as well.

I MUST grant permissions to "everyone" who requests permission to use my images, this "includes" all forms of media from tabloids (on-line and offline) to TV stations (also, on-line and offline), photographic magazine websites or any "other" news related or photographic tabloids/magazines on-line or offline etc.

There is NO "special treatment" for magazines running competitions and such like. This also applies to you.

Failure to request permissions will cost dearly and warrant a break in my copyrights and the law.

Please bare in mind that I will follow and pursue through with any copyright breaches to the fullest that the law allows to request any payments that breaches my copyrights.

As a minimum, I charge a £500 fee for each unauthorised use of any of my works. Licensing may be far cheaper, but this will also depend on your requirements. Please just ask.

PLEASE NOTE - If you want to use my services, as well as paying for them, credit "will" also be required when and where possible. Websites, Social Media, Tabloids, Brochures, Leaflets, Notice Boards at events/venues, bedside more and at the request of Jay Lethbridge Photography. Freebies must NOT be requested, though Discounts and/or Donations "may" be offered.
